best of our knowledge and are subject to change without
notice.
Smart Arse Designs reserve the right to change Part Numbers,
Specifications, Prices and Application at any time without
obligation. The unauthorised use or reproduction of any
material from our Website or Brochures is forbidden without
prior Permission and will be considered as a breach of
copyright.
Warranty
All Smart Arse Designs Manufactured Products come with
a 12-month Warranty on parts and workmanship. Smart Arse
Designs has the right to repair, replace or refund the
purchase price at their discretion. All goods sold, manufactured
by an Outside Company will be covered by that Manufacturers
Warranty.
Use or Mis-Use of Product
Smart Arse Designs will not be responsible for the use
or mis-use of it's Products in any way.
Unavailable Goods
If goods are unavailable at time of order all effort will
be made to notify the purchaser and advise the expected
delivery date.
Payment
Payment can be made via Bank Card, Master Card, Visa,
Cheque or Money Order or by Direct Credit to our Bank
Account. GOODS WILL NOT BE DESPATCHED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT
IS CONFIRMED.
Returns Policy
If you receive an ill-conforming Smart Arse Designs Product
or a Product other than the one you ordered, Please contact
us and we will arrange for the Goods to be returned and
a replacement product shipped out immediately, at our
cost.
Conforming product that is unwanted by the customer can
only be returned upon contact with Smart Arse Designs
with-in 7 days of receipt of goods. Smart Arse Designs
will then arrange for the goods to be returned to us.
Smart Arse Designs will then withhold an appropriate dollar
amount to cover original delivery, return delivery and
a 10% packaging and re-stocking fee. Only goods returned
in re-saleable condition will be accepted for refund.
Orders may be cancelled or changed at no cost provided
the goods have not been despatched. Once the Goods have
been despatched any costs incurred by Smart Arse Designs
will be on-charged to the customer.
